I am set to graduate from the University of Birmingham this summer with a Bachelors degree at 2:1 or above in English and Classical Literature and Civilisation and have been an online tutor of GCSE English Literature for the last year.

I tend to base my teaching on what is required by each student. I like to have a conversation with my students to establish what methods will work with them. In the past I have mostly used practise exam questions and worked through planning essays to test understanding, filling in any gaps where they present themselves.
