Jazz Saxophonist, Composer and Arranger and Bandleader. Final year student at the Royal Academy of Music, London. Alumnus of Chetham's School of Music, Manchester. Experienced educator from beginner to advanced. Happy to teach one on one or alternatively in larger groups.

I treat each student on a case by case basis, with their needs put first! Generally, it works well to base everything off a fundamental ear training method from which I build a strong sense of harmony, melody and rhythm (particularly for the improvisation side), as well as working in detail on technique and other such necessary pieces of the puzzle to making music and having fun!

Jonny is an excellent saxophone teacher with experience in many different styles of music, especially on the jazz front.
