About Minura
Hi I’m Minura , a 23 year old medical student studying at St Georges University of London. Before university I went to Tiffin School in Kingston.I have been an unofficial tutor for a while giving on and off lessons to some of my cousins younger than me, but I’d like to get more experience and try working with different types of people . I’m a big sports fan so if I’m not working then I’m always playing some sport be it football , badminton , cricket or volleyball. I also work as a part time nursery assistant on off days , it’s s”a real change of pace but I find it quite fun working with kids .

My lessons first consist of an assessment and discussion to see what baseline we are working with and what are targets should be .from there , each lesson will consist of me teaching a topic or concept before the student attempts questions on them to show their understanding. As we continue I will see what makes the student tick and how they like to study and I will try my best to incorporate that to my teaching. At the end of each lesson I will set homework and topics to pre read for the next session too.
