About Rasha
As an experienced and accomplished tutor, I am eager to help my students thrive and develop a genuine passion for learning.
I achieved eleven grade 9s at GCSE, placing me comfortably in the top 0.01% of students nationally that year. I also obtained an A in Spanish AS Level (the highest grade possible) and 3 A*s in Biology, Chemistry, and Maths at A Level while attending The Tiffin Girls' School. I am currently a consistent distinction student in my final year at Imperial College London Medical School, where I also achieved a First Class Honours in Cardiovascular Sciences BSc.
I obtained interview offers from Oxford, Imperial College London, UCL and Brighton & Sussex Medical School, further receiving conditional offers from the latter three. For Imperial College London, as a result of my excellent performance at the interview stage, I was also considered for a scholarship. Since I started medical school, I have assisted with multiple rounds of the MMI Admissions at Imperial College London as a facilitator, which has enhanced my understanding of what is specifically required by interviewers.
My proven tutoring experience includes working at Kumon, supporting students in Spanish, Maths, Chemistry, and Biology, and serving as a tutor for Medic Mind to help aspiring medical students gain admission into university successfully. I offer engaging, personalised lessons in KS3 Maths, English, and Science; GCSE Maths, English, Biology, and Chemistry; and A Level Biology, Chemistry, Maths, and Medicine Interview Prep.

My tutoring style focuses on building confidence, making complex concepts understandable, and bringing joy to learning. I prefer going the extra mile by tailoring my teaching approach to each student's learning style, providing regular feedback and additional resources.
My lessons are structured to maximise comprehension and retention. We'll start by introducing key interview skills in an understandable way using examples. Next, we'll put those concepts into practice with multiple mock interviews to suit the style of the medical school being prepared for. I'll make sure to go over any points of misunderstanding and all the tips and tricks until everything is crystal clear. We'll wrap up each session by reviewing key topics and providing detailed feedback on your progress. My goal is to spend equal time on concept introduction, hands-on practice, clarification of misunderstandings, and personalised feedback. This balanced approach helps solidify your knowledge while identifying and correcting any weak areas.
With my academic record, passion for teaching, and commitment to students' success, I have the expertise to guide students to excel in their interview preparation.
