About Rebekah
I’m a final-year student at Stranmillis University College, where I’ve taught the whole curriculum to pupils from P1 to P7 and specialised in delivering 1:1 dyslexia interventions, with a strong focus on literacy. Alongside my studies, I worked at Cedar Foundation, where I gained extensive experience supporting children with a wide range of needs, including SEN support for children with autism, ADHD and a range of other needs. I believe knowledge is power, and every child deserves the chance to learn in a way that empowers them to grow, thrive, and become confident, independent individuals.

I specialise in literacy and supporting SEN pupils, tailoring lessons to each student’s individual needs with a personal, patient, and supportive approach. I help pupils prepare for SEAG tests by building their confidence and guiding them through strategies to improve performance. While my main focus is literacy, I am also experienced in teaching across the whole curriculum, ensuring every student feels included, comfortable, and encouraged to reach their full potential in a warm, welcoming environment.
