About Julianne
I completed my studies at the Montreal School of Contemporary Dance, graduating in 2020. Since then, I've been fully immersed in the world of dance as a professional dancer, choreographer, teacher, and cultural worker. My passion for the arts and dance has been a lifelong journey, beginning at the age of 3 with ballet, jazz, and contemporary dance. Currently, I'm expanding my repertoire by learning swing dance. I approach dance with curiosity, generosity, and dynamism, always eager to explore new movements and styles. I find joy in discovering fresh music to inspire and enhance the flow of movement. In my belief, everyone possesses the ability to dance; it's simply a matter of unlocking that innate rhythm and expression within.

In my classes, I prioritize creating a supportive environment where each individual's needs and body are respected and valued. I tailor my lessons to ensure a balance of challenge and comfort, aiming for 70% challenge and 30% comfort to optimize enjoyment and learning. My approach fosters a nurturing space that promotes body positivity and celebrates diversity. Regardless of age or experience level, everyone is welcomed to explore the joy of movement in a supportive and inclusive atmosphere.
