About Kenza
Hello! I’m a First-Class Honours graduate in Fine Art from the University of the Arts London (via NAFA, Singapore), currently pursuing my MA in Fine Art at Chelsea College of Arts. With over three years of tutoring experience, I specialise in helping students build strong portfolios, develop compelling personal statements and motivation letters, and refine both academic and creative writing skills. I’ve worked with a wide range of learners—from GCSE and A-Level students to university applicants and emerging young artists. My teaching style is warm, supportive, and structured. I believe in creating a learning environment that nurtures creativity while ensuring students meet their academic and professional goals. Having exhibited my own work internationally and worked as an Assistant Exhibition Manager, I bring real-world insight into both artistic and academic contexts. As a tutor, I take a personalised and student-centred approach, adapting each session to suit the learner’s unique goals, learning style, and pace. Whether preparing a portfolio, writing a personal statement, or refining academic/creative writing, I focus on building confidence and critical thinking alongside technical skills. My lessons typically last 60 to 90 minutes and combine structured guidance with open dialogue. For art students, I support the development of concept, composition, and process documentation. For writing, I guide students through brainstorming, outlining, editing, and polishing, whether it’s for university applications or coursework. I hold a First-Class Honours degree in Fine Art from the University of the Arts London (via NAFA, Singapore) and am currently pursuing my MA in Fine Art at Chelsea College of Arts. I’ve been tutoring for over three years, working with students aged 13 and up – from GCSE and A-Level learners to university applicants and young creatives developing their practice. I also helped writing dissertation for BFA students. My past students have been accepted to universities like Ravensbourne University, University of Brighton, Manchester University, Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, Macromedia University etc. These lessons are ideal for students applying to art schools, art students, preparing for assessments, or seeking help with writing – both creative and academic.
