About Bridget
Kia Ora everybody. My name is Bridget, I am an open hearted 25 year old finding grounding within my identity, through my Lebanese, Irish and Maori whakapapa. I want utilise my skills to build my knowledge and connections and I very much look forward to working with you professionally to make the most of the time we spend together.
I have danced most of my life, am a qualified yoga teacher and find myself at peace in nature, love to read, listen to music and discuss things deeply with my friends. I have spent 3 years travelling across Asia, Africa and Europe working, volunteering, learning and connecting with people from all walks of life.

1 : 1 lessons with art therapy allow for us both to get to know and trust each other. Allows for me to cater to your preferences and what I think you would learn, engage and evolve from.
Prior to starting I will send you a question form and from their I will tailor the class accordingly.
Drawing, visualising, photographs, videography, inspiration from nature, movement are some of the things we can work from.
I have taught to kids from 5-12 before. And as for older students I have taught friends and family members of mine. But I know and have the ability to get creative, out of your body and into your senses to play and uncover whatever it is you are looking for.
Lesson Lengths:
5-12 year old : 45 mins
12+ : 1 hour
specified adults can go for up to 1.5 if its a suitable option
