About Meera
I have recently graduated from Durham University with a First-Class Honours Degree in Geography. At university, I have tutored a pupil for GCSE/KS3 Mathematics, enabling her to reach her full potential and achieve the highest marks in her final examinations. I have lead a society about documentaries that touch upon many subjects in Geography, spurring debates between younger children, such as human rights and climate change.

I like to approach a topic in Geography with a discussion first about it and what knowledge students already have about it. I compile a document for each lesson which is sent to students and they can refer to this after. Then I like to use exam specifications (if applicable) to narrow down what information is useful and how to answer the exam questions: what is needed, etc. At the end of the lesson, we can have a recap of what we have done.
