About Úna
I have graduated from UCD with a first in law and history. Leaving Cert English can seem like an extremely daunting subject, but when it is broken down into a system for studying it is much more manageable. We will develop essay plans, practice your comparative skills, and work on your key quotes to ensure you get the best possible grade. English lessons will primarily focus on developing and refining your style for each aspect of the question, breaking essays down into a precise and manageable formula.

I have 2 years experience as a history and English tutor at Leaving Cert level. I am available to do Zoom calls to give the grinds. As everyone learns differently, I work with each student to find a study method that suits them personally and will base the lesson plans around optimizing this. I specialize in teaching essay structure, and work with each student to break down writing their essays into a simple and precise formula. I want to reduce any exam stress for my students, leaving them feeling as prepared and calm as possible on the day! Lessons typically last 1 hour.
