Fitness coaching focused on gym training and lifestyle. Training has been a key part of my life for over 10 years and completely changed my mindset, discipline and confidence. What started as a personal journey became a passion for helping others feel stronger, healthier and more capable in their daily lives.
I don’t teach from books or trends—I teach from real experience in the gym, learning through consistency, mistakes and results. I want to help people who feel lost, unmotivated or unsure about how to train properly, and show them that progress is possible with the right guidance and support.
My goal is to share what I’ve learned, keep training safe and effective, and help you build habits you can maintain long term. Training available in Rotorua gyms or at home.

I offer fitness coaching focused on real gym training and sustainable lifestyle habits. With over 10 years of hands-on experience, I’ve personally trained for hypertrophy, strength and body recomposition, testing what truly works in the gym—not theory, but real results.
My coaching is practical and fully personalized. I adapt training routines to your level, goals, schedule and available equipment, whether you want to gain muscle, lose fat, improve strength or simply feel better and more confident in your body. Technique and safety are always a priority to avoid injuries and ensure long-term progress.
I also provide clear guidance on nutrition basics, recovery and motivation, helping you stay consistent without extreme diets or unrealistic plans. I don’t hold formal certifications, but I bring years of real-world experience, discipline and proven results—both mine and those of people I’ve helped along the way.
Training available at Rotorua gyms or in your home. If you want honest coaching, accountability and visible progress, I’m here to help.
