My teaching methodology is that I will first start by helping my clients deconstruct some of the notions we have all grown up learning about fitness and strength training. Once the process of unlearning is complete, I will then help them customize a work out plan according to their needs. After this is done, I will then help them with their postures, sets and reps, etc,.
