About Maxime
I am a Strenght and conditionning coach trained and graduated from two Masters Degree (Training and Optimization of Sports Performance) into Dijon's and Montpellier's universities. I also hold two University Degree (DU Physical preparation Gilles Cometti and DU Optimization de la Performance en Football). Passed in particular by the training center of the professional football club of Dijon, I exercise today my profession of physical trainer within a football club. However, I have already touched on several other activities (handball, running) as well as given individual sessions.
