About Divya

Certified Yoga teacher, having hands on experience in teaching Hatha, Ashtanga yoga, Yoga therapy, pre and post natal yoga. I wish to share this knowledge to help others experience balance, strength, stillness, and overall well-being in a sustainable & compassionate way.

About the lesson

My classes are thoughtfully curated with a holistic approach to overall well-being, with mobility and strength as core focus. Each session is designed to support every aspect of the body through mindful movement, proper alignment, guided cues, refined techniques, and experiential teaching.
