About Lauren
I am a student attending a bilingual university where I continue to learn in French and I have attended school completely in French for 15 years. I have been tutoring for a few years, mainly for elementary school French from grades 1-8 but I am able to give French lessons to improve language skills.

My teaching methods vary from what the client is seeking. For students, I guide them with homework help in addition to oral communication. The lesson is usually structured based on what the student feels they need help with during that session. If they desire me to structure the lesson, I start by focusing on oral communication and continue lessons by teaching and helping with written communication, vocabulary, grammar and aiding with the difference between masculine and feminine terms.

Details
Rates may vary if the client desires longer lessons such as an hour and a half per lesson or multiple hours. For an hour and a half lesson, the rate is $45 or $60 for 2-hour lessons. The rate does not change based on student level for each lesson time is used to the fullest by teaching various language aspects to improve their French. If you decide to cancel a lesson please give at least one day's notice before the scheduled time.
