About Cindy
I am a fluent Mandarin speaker who lived in China for over 8 years, giving me strong experience with both spoken and written Chinese. I can speak, read and understand Mandarin confidently, including Traditional Chinese.
I am patient, friendly and organized, and I understand that learning a new language can sometimes feel challenging. I will create a supportive and comfortable learning environment where students can ask questions, practice freely and build confidence.
I am especially suited to teaching beginners and younger students. I will adapt lessons to each student’s level and learning goals, helping them make steady progress while keeping lessons enjoyable and engaging.

I offer friendly and engaging Mandarin lessons for beginners and students who want to improve their speaking, listening, reading and writing skills.
My lessons are adapted to each student’s level, interests and learning goals. I focus on practical conversation and pronunciation while also building vocabulary, sentence structure and confidence. I use simple explanations, examples and interactive activities to make lessons enjoyable and easy to understand.
I have lived in China for over 8 years and speak Mandarin fluently. I can also read and understand Traditional Chinese. My lessons are suitable for children and beginners who are starting to learn Mandarin or want extra practice outside school.
A typical lesson is around 45–60 minutes, with a balance of conversation, vocabulary, pronunciation and reading or writing practice. I aim to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and improving at their own pace.
