About Philippa
During my gap year I completed an online TEFLINK course with Merit.
During my BA I taught English to 3 French teenage students - 3 hours a week.
After graduating, I taught English to French students aged 6 to adults - 27 hours a week for 9 months. These were private lessons which helped some students train for English qualifications such as the IELTS, the TOEIC and the KET. This experience taught me how to form lessons making it fun and flexible for students of all ages.
I wish to return my love of French to others who want to improve, and who would like guidance with their studies.

I provide fun and flexible lessons guided by the needs of my student(s).
I studied French throughout GCSEs, A-levels, and my BA. I lived in France for 5 years, during which time I studied my BA almost entirely in French, worked as an au pair with a French family, and taught English. I then taught English to French children for 9 months in France.
My lesson structure includes pictures and games in order to maximise a fun learning environment. I am willing to help with academic work and with an extracurricular desire to improve your French!
