The lessons I've had with Bruce over the last few months have been absolutely transformative for my melodeon playing. For learning repertoire and techniques, or getting to grips with the instrument as a beginner, I would recommend Bruce with flying colours.

Started as a complete beginner with Bruce which was a good choice. He gave me a solid foundation to work on the general mechanics of the instrument and also suggested a diverse range of fun tunes to play that were within my level. Bruce is a very patient tutor and would be a good choice if you are a very fast learner and also if you are a bit slower like myself.

Bruce is a knowledgeable and encouraging tutor, and has a huge bank of tunes from many different repertoires to draw from. His teaching style is perfect for those looking to develop confidence in their playing, and refine their technique as well. Would highly recommend.
