I am studied M.sc Foods and Nutrition and B.sc in Food Service Management and Dietetics. So, I learn about this courses in correct menu planning (Ex: Per day how to divide in the food plates and what kind of meals intake and how much amount food intake per person in weight management). And I identified which person taken correct amount of Protein, Fats and Carbohydrates. And maintain correct our body weight. And also I learn how to calculate our BMI (Ex: Identified who is underweight and who is Normal weight and who is Overweight). And I learn about different levels of excercise.
