As for the training of the group, I prefer the autonomy of the individuals and I create game situations that the children can solve in different ways, so they can understand which is the best for them. After a short initial game with the ball, there are proposed techniques performed in challenge mode. Games of possession, position and situations can be proposals that vary depending on the training schedule. Finally, a good portion of training is reserved for the game, with the proposal of some constraints (themed game) and finally free play. As for individual / couple training, the proposals are more technical and include point, precision, coordination and balance games based on the fundamental gestures of football (shooting on goal, oriented control, absorption, defense of the ball).
