I’d say I’m a normal person who is always just trying to do more than necessary for any field I get into. I also like to help people which is why I am looking to help you on your journey to optimum fitness. My goal is to help you and once I do that I will feel very proud of you and in myself.

About the lesson

My approach is to push you to your limits, not to be your friend and take it easy on you. To get to the top it is a must to feel the burn of what you are doing. A challenge that you are going to love for certain.
