About Miguel
Who I am?
I am a convinced defender of physical activity as a means to improve people's health.
In April 2011 I discovered this profession and since then every day I have become more passionate about the effect that physical activity has on people's health.
Throughout these years I have been able to help people with very different needs: learning to train, preparing for a sports competition, overcoming muscle discomfort, recovering in the final phase of their injury, staying in shape...
My academic background:
Graduate in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences (URL Blanquerna)
Training in Functional Training level I and II (ORTHOS)

About the lesson

The training method that you are going to follow is the one that I have been doing with all my clients for more than 10 years:
1. Personal interview and analysis and establishment of objectives.
2. Functional assessment test, to know your physical condition (strength, mobility, cardiovascular resistance)
3. Scheduling of training sessions according to the objectives and results of the initial assessment.
4. Execution of training sessions.
5. Re-test to assess the progression that has occurred since day 1.
The sessions take place in a personal training studio located in the center of Barcelona, in a private and family environment.
With space limited to 5 people each hour so that in this way, you have all the material you need without waiting.
