About Stephanie
Drawing and painting are the most grounding activities in my life. My art practice has taken me to the rural areas in Australia and my studio pactice in Melbourne and Sydney has involved multiple perceptual shifts. I am thoroughly invested in making art as an integral part of the human experience.
In 2022, I was awarded the Bonner and Tonkin Drawing Award. I hold a Graduate Certificate in Art History from Melb. University, 2013, a BFA in Drawing from RMIT, 2009 and MFA from National Art School. My artworks are exhibited in group and solo exhibitions in Australia and were selected for the Dobell Drawing Prize Exhibitions #21 and #22.

With over fifteen years ecperince drawing from life and observation I can offer a range of technical drawing skills, experimentation with materials and how to develop your own expressive mark making.
I can tailor lessons for students aged 8yo to mature aged.
Tutoring sessions from 30mins - 2 hour sessions.
