About Mila
With more than 3 years of teaching French, I bring both expertise and creativity to my lessons. My Graduate Certificate in French-English Translation strengthens my linguistic precision. But my real passion lies in combining language with environmental awareness. Lessons often revolve around ecological challenges facing the planet. Climate change, sustainable living, and conservation are recurring themes. Students explore authentic French media from environmental groups and international organizations. This adds cultural depth and practical vocabulary to their studies. I have had the privilege of teaching globally engaged learners, including professionals in ecology and sustainability. Many come to me seeking language skills to support their work abroad. Together, we create lessons that reflect real professional and global contexts.
