I fell in love with pole dance from the first moment I touched the bar and after a few years I decided to become an instructor so that I could share my love and knowledge about this incredible sport that is pole dance with other women.

- Pole fitness classes are structured in order to develop the student's conditioning and strength, and train specific pole dance movements.
- As flexibility classes are structured in order to develop the student's flexibility, focusing on active, passive flexibility and injury prevention
- Sensual pole classes work on the student's self-knowledge and sensuality, we work on a choreography with sensual movements and musicality

Faço aula de pole online c a Julia e, apesar do medo que eu tinha de treinar algo tão complicado como o pole à distancia, conseguiu ser uma experiencia muito melhor que qualquer aula presencial em estudio que eu tenha feito antes! Ela tem muita técnica ao ensinar figuras, tem um olhar muito dedicado para corrigir e melhorar a nossa execução, passa muita segurança, alem de estar sempre aberta a ouvir as alunas e incorporar feedbacks. Com as suas aulas, tenho progredido muito! Ela leva a modalidade muito a sério, ajudando a gente a avançar na força, na flexibilidade, na resistencia, na limpeza dos movimentos, em tudo mesmo!
