I have a background teaching in elementary school, counseling in middle school and teaching at the university level. I have a bachelor and a masters degree in Arts in Education and Counseling. I actually have tutored part-time during much of my career. Sometimes, I do some acting in commercials!

I find that first I need to find out the needs of the student and what the curriculum may be for that particular child. Then I would establish some goals and we can work together toward them. I think its also important to have a relaxed and fun experience, while learning.
