About Amelia
I did gymnastics for 11 years, and trained at Heathrow Gymnastics Club. I was part of the GBR Teamgym junior mixed team 2018. I won the British Championships in 2017, placed third in 2015 and 2016 and placed 4th twice. My team placed 5th at the European championships 2018 and I have won the European Cup championships in many different countries including Scotland, Italy and Gran Canaria. I have my levels 1 & 3 sports leadership qualifications too, and coached young gymnasts at Heathrow gymnastics club.

I will demonstrate and set drills and exercises for the gymnasts to follow, whilst I analyse and provide constructive feedback. All exercises completed will be linked specifically to improving gymnastics skills and techniques. I will help build strength flexibility and clean up skills.
