I have taught personal development for over 25 years for two Russell group universities. I have worked with groups and individuals, and helped many people change direction or change gear in their careers by maximising their potential. I have enjoyed a successful career in marketing and academia, and worked as a head hunter for diverse organisations.

My classes are geared around understanding your desired shifts, and helping you achieve these. I help students push the boundaries of their comfort zones, so that they can be the best that they can be. At the same time, I create an environment which is supportive, recognising that change presents a challenge which can, on occasion, be uncomfortable. I use open discussion, frameworks to help structure your thinking, and suggest relevant directions to broaden horizons as well as techniques to help you prioritise options.
