About Iradj
I have always been keen on staying fit and having a healthy lifestyle, which led me to become a competitive runner in Europe, and following that in college track and Cross Country. During the past ten years, I've done online coaching plus coaching in Southern Africa prior to the pandemic.

My lessons could be online, if you're too far for in-person training. Either case, I have lots of experience in coaching online. I charge less online obviously. If interested, contact me about my special offers. I guarantee results, and my emphasis is on cardio, in addition to general fitness and advice on nutrition.
