About Olivia
I am a college student who has studied and continues to study Spanish in school. My five years of Spanish as a reader, writer, and listener have given me the title of a biliterate Spanish speaker in the state of Colorado. Two of those years were in a IB Spanish class, giving me a greater range of cultural understanding. I have been a tutor of language for two years and have helped increase comprehension of reading and writing, as well as culture. This has given me a wide field of experience as a student myself, and an understanding of how best to go about teaching an individual.

I am willing to teach students of high school level or below. I utilize multiple forms of media to teach, such as music and books. My lessons often include some homework, and I like to work through problems together. A large focus for me is making the student feel motivated and willing to learn - I want to share enjoyable aspects of Spanish with my students. I feel that I can best do this by making my students feel like friends as well.
