About Seth

(concealed information)
Most coaches just feed balls and give surface level feedback like bend your knees or swing low to high.   I diagnose problems and understand exactly what issues a player has going into anatomy and using slow motion recording. Most players know something feels wrong with their strokes but don’t know exactly what is causing it. My specialty is quickly identifying the root cause and creating a clear plan to fix it.

Players from around the world follow my tennis analysis content on YouTube and Instagram, and many have purchased custom video analysis because of my ability to break down strokes and explain complex mechanics in a simple, actionable way.

Unique ability to quickly identify what’s limiting a player’s strokes and knowing exactly how to fix.

Whether your goal is to rally consistently, make your school team, compete in tournaments, or reach the collegiate or pro level, I can help build the technical foundation necessary for long-term improvement.

Hi, I’m Seth, a San Diego tennis coach with over 15 years of playing experience and 5+ years of coaching experience.

I was a Top 20 U.S. junior player, Junior National Champion, Top 3 in Southern California, and have trained alongside ATP professionals including Brandon Nakashima and Taylor Fritz.

What separates my coaching from many traditional lessons is my emphasis on technique, movement, and understanding the game at a deeper level. For more than a decade, I’ve studied slow-motion footage of professional players and analyzed the mechanics behind the modern forehand, backhand, serve, footwork, and movement patterns.

I use slow-motion video analysis, side-by-side comparisons with professional players, and detailed technical feedback to help students identify exactly what is holding them back and how to improve. Many players have found me through my YouTube and social media content specifically because of my ability to break down strokes and explain complex concepts in a simple, easy-to-understand way.

Whether you’re a beginner learning the fundamentals, a junior player looking to compete, or an advanced player trying to take your game to the next level, my goal is to help you build efficient technique, move better, and develop a clear understanding of how to improve.

I teach all ages and skill levels throughout the San Diego area and look forward to helping you reach your tennis goals.

For more than 10 years, I’ve studied slow-motion footage of the world’s best players to understand not just what elite technique looks like, but why it works.
