About Thelifewithin
I studied at different institutes and began my career through writing, naturopathic consultations, and one-to-one coaching. In 2021, I founded a Holistic Health Clinic & Academy in Vietnam, integrating modern medicine, traditional medicine, nutrition, emotional management, and spirituality.
I initially approached health from a strongly body-focused perspective, but over time, my understanding evolved to increasingly incorporate emotional, psychological, and spiritual dimensions—particularly through Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Christian spirituality—while never losing sight of the body or its fundamental importance in health and healing.

My teaching method is quite different from that of most academic schools:
I prefer to move slowly, starting with general principles and gradually progressing toward practical applications. I take the time to build a systemic understanding, so that students can see how different concepts connect and work together. I value genuine understanding and integration more than simply accumulating knowledge or memorizing and sharing recipes.
I also use PowerPoint presentations to make the lessons more interactive, visual, and easier to follow.
The lessons are not purely theoretical. They can be personalized through one-to-one tutoring and may include direct health counseling, preparation for a future career in the health field, or the development and expansion of an existing area of expertise. Depending on the student’s needs and beliefs, sessions may also involve holistic health and psychological assessments, healing prayer, and inner healing.
Even people who already have experience in healing may find these lessons or tutoring valuable. They can provide a clearer understanding of how different approaches work—or fail to work, while offering an original framework for navigating uncertainty and addressing common difficulties encountered in holistic health and healing.
Because the lessons incorporate Christian spirituality, students should ideally be Christian, or at least respectfully curious and open to learning about Christianity.
The lessons are suitable for any age and level of experience, provided there is a sufficient degree of maturity. As a general guideline, I usually recommend students be 16 or older, although exceptions are possible depending on the individual.
Optional: At the end of the course, I can provide a private certificate documenting the number of hours of learning and tutoring completed.
