About Richard
I am a part time substitute teacher holding a Master's degree es Arts in political sciences. I have been teaching both adults and children since the mid 80s. I am retired Health Operation officer in the Canadian Forces. I have experience at all instruction levels. I provide one on one tutoring to adults since 2004, and translation since 1995.
