About Franziska
Nice to meet you! My name is Franziska Ayane and I teach Japanese for beginners – focusing on conversation, vocabulary, and a gentle introduction to Japanese writing and grammar. I am half Japanese and half German. I grew up in Germany and now live in Kyoto, Japan, where I work full-time in an international hotel. I started learning Japanese at home at an early age and graduated from the International Japanese School in Germany. I truly enjoy sharing my knowledge and experiences, both linguistically and culturally. Why learn Japanese with me? Do you love Japanese culture, plan to travel to Japan, or simply want to dive into the language without feeling overwhelmed? Then you’ve come to the right place. I design my lessons to be friendly, structured, and practical – especially for beginners – to provide a relaxed yet intensive introduction to the Japanese language.
