About Jacqui
I am a French/English tutor and translator with 30 years training experience. I have a BA and Masters in French and spent 25 years in France working in the training industry as a service provider for major French companies. In SA I also have experience of tutoring young adults and preparing students for national IEB examinations. I am an examiner in the national annual IEB marking.

My methods vary according to my learner, their level, their professional or student status and more importantly their objectives. Adapting methodology is essential to reaching goals. The structure of a lesson is validation of previous work assigned and correction, focusing on verbal communication during the lesson as this is always what is lacking for the learner and then assigning work for the next time and explaining what the lesson content will be. This is so as to adjust the training path when necessary to fulfill learner expectations.
