About Lidka
Hello everyone!
My name is Lidia. I was born in Poland, had a dream of learning French and decided to embark on a study-abroad journey to the UK, which wasn't a bad idea. This took me to France and Italy afterwards and now I'm based in Edinburgh.
I am a huge nature enthusiast who also photographs magical unearthly occurrences that usually only me and my camera can see. Fascinated with languages for many years, I speak Polish, English, French and Italian. I know what it means to learn a foreign language. That is why I offer creative and dynamic courses that encourage you to keep going.

Come and give it a try if you want to learn a few words in one of Eastern Europe's most popular languages, or if you are planning a trip to France for the summer and want to communicate with the locals. We can take your language skills to a solid level, even if you think you have no head for them. Don't worry, leave it to me!
I propose customised courses, based on the official levels (A1 to B1 for French, A1 to C2 for Polish and A1 for Italian). I offer courses in conversation, grammar, phonetics, written and oral comprehension. I specifically recommend my lessons to beginners and children. My lessons are primarily aimed at children and beginners.
During the course, we will work on all aspects of the language: written comprehension, oral comprehension, written production and oral production. One lesson usually lasts 60 minutes, unless you have other suggestions, in which case I can arrange a programme tailored to your needs.
I hold an official French language proficiency qualification DELF B2 ( Diplôme d'Études en Langue Française DELF B2), but I have also lived in France and worked for the last year using French professionally, but also teaching it to friends.
