About Dan
I am currently pursuing my bachelors at UQ but before i came to Brisbane I was in a french highschool surrounded by native speakers. Safe to say I had to quickly learn the language to survive both the classes and social environment. Looking back on it now, it was an extremely eye opening experience because, as a non native french speaker, each day i went to school felt like entering a completely different world to what I was used to back home where I mostly spoke English. But with time and practice (lots of it), it all started to feel like French had become more than just a language I used to communicate and do my school work. It allowed me to make so many new friends and deepen my understanding of the people who I spent most of my time with each week. And now that I have since graduated and moved to a whole different continent, it would be a pleasure to be able to give you the same experience that I was fortunate enough to have.

I prefer to do hands on lessons where you get to interact and have an enjoyable time whilst learning a new language since I believe learning a new language can be more than what most of us experience in middle school. This goes for people of all ages and back grounds. So,if you are ready to commit at least one hour to learning a new language or improving on what you know than I am hear to help and be your guide along the way. When i first started learning French in sixth grade, I had just transferred from a mainly English speaking school and had to quickly adapt to my francophone environment as all my classes were in French. Six years later, I graduated lycee with my bac and Delf B2 so if I can do it, so can you.
