About Beatriz
Hi! My name is Beatriz Vila, I am a 26-year-old musician based in London. I graduated from the Royal College of Music 3 years ago and have enjoyed freelancing and teaching for the last few years. I enjoy helping people learn a new instrument and improve on it, whilst having fun and thriving on creating music. I like sharing my knowledge and learning a lot in the process, with people from all backgrounds and ages. I have experience teaching in schools and privately, as well as having flexible hours that suit each person's needs.

- Some of the French horn basics from the start of the learning process I teach are: embouchure, air control, pitching, as well as the coordination of the airflow and fingerings - Lesson length can vary from 30 minutes up to an hour - Bachelor of Music with Honours and Masters of Music in Performance Degrees from the Royal College of Music; experience teaching in school music service since 2022 - Lessons are suitable for all ages, from 6 years old onto adult students, and will be designed to help each pupil in the way that suits their needs best
