About Alexandra
Bonjour !
I am a French teacher as well as research and education consultant with a passion for language and culture. Just like you, I love learning languages and I also speak Russian, Spanish, and recently started learning German. I've lived and taught French all over the world from the U.S. to Central Asia to France. In my free time, I enjoy traveling to new places, reading, spending time with my family, and exploring the world of wine through tastings and vineyard visits.

As a teacher, I have over 14 years of experience teaching French to students of all ages, proficiency levels, and backgrounds but I particularly love working with adults, especially those that think they can't become fluent in a language as adults :)
My lessons are designed to promote communication and real-life situations, with an emphasis on speaking and listening. In my lessons, I try to insert humor, compassion, and patience to make sure your French experience remains positive! I am also a certified DELF and DALF rater as well as a French AP exam rater; All of my students have achieved their desired proficiency.
