In the field of foreign language education; I use all 3 of the direct method, grammar translation method and auditory linguistic methods. Each of them has strengths and weaknesses. And the nature of a student's goals determines which foreign language teaching method is best for that student. We plan our lessons by determining which one is suitable according to the needs of the student.
