About Yasmine
I’m a native French speaker and UK-qualified teacher with a Master’s degree in language education and extensive experience teaching French to children, teenagers and adults in both the UK and internationally. I have always loved languages and, above all, the opportunity they create to connect with people and discover different cultures. Teaching French allows me to share that passion while helping learners gain confidence and achieve their own goals, whether that’s succeeding at school, preparing for an exam, travelling, or simply being able to have a conversation in French.

As a qualified teacher and native French speaker, I adapt each lesson to the learner’s level, goals and interests, whether you are starting from scratch, preparing for an exam or simply wanting to become more confident speaking French. I love bringing the French language and culture to life by sharing personal anecdotes, interesting facts, traditions and little details about everyday life in France that you might not find in a textbook. I believe that learning a language should be engaging and enjoyable, while still being structured and purposeful. My aim is to create a relaxed environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions and gradually becoming more independent and confident French speakers.
