About Lara
Growing up in a bilingual household really shaped who I am today. My father only spoke to me in English, and my mother only in French. At the time, I didn’t fully understand the value, but now I’m so grateful, they taught me how to read, write, and speak fluently in both languages. That foundation opened so many doors for me in school and life, and I want to help others gain that same confidence. Hi! My name is Lara, I’m 21 years old, and currently studying to become a nurse. I’m bilingual in French and English, and this summer, I’d love to use my skills to help others—whether that’s with language learning, homework support, or anything else I can assist with.
