About Emily
I’ve been practising yoga since 2012 and am passionate about creating a space where everyone feels welcome, supported, and at ease. If you’ve ever thought about trying yoga but weren’t sure where to start, I’m here to make that first step feel easy and enjoyable.
My classes aren’t just for beginners — they’re also ideal if you’re returning to movement after a break and want to build up strength, flexibility and confidence before returning to a studio environment or have some experience with yoga but find it hard to make regular studio classes.
I’ll meet you where you are, helping you rebuild confidence in your body and create a practice that works for your life.
I focus on helping you understand yoga — not just the poses, but how to find the right classes and styles that suit you. I also share the history and philosophy behind yoga for those who are curious, always respecting and honouring its ancient Indian roots.
Yoga with Emily is all about supporting you to build strength, flexibility, and mobility at your own pace.

Hatha and/or Vinyasa style tailored to your experience level and physical needs, beginners very welcome
Typical classes 60 - 90 minutes
Available one to one or as a small group (with a friend, partner or family group including children 2yo+)
200hr Yoga Teacher Training at TriYoga Camden (trained by Adam Husler and Michael James Wong)
40hr Yoga for Children (trained by Susannah Hoffman)
