About Anna
I am an ESL tutor with a Bachelor’s in English Language and Literature and several years of teaching 10 years experience. I work with learners of all ages and proficiency levels to help them gain fluency, comprehension, and confidence in English. My lessons cover speaking, listening, reading, and writing while improving grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation through interactive and practical exercises. I use authentic texts, multimedia, and real-life scenarios to make lessons meaningful, engaging, and relevant to everyday, academic, and professional contexts. Lessons emphasize a balanced approach, developing speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills through a variety of exercises and interactive activities. Vocabulary is taught in meaningful contexts using conversations, texts, and real-life scenarios, helping learners remember and apply new words naturally.
Grammar is explained clearly, followed by practical exercises that encourage correct usage and application in daily communication. Listening skills are enhanced through audio recordings, dialogues, and multimedia content, allowing students to understand different accents and speaking styles. Speaking practice includes pronunciation drills, role-playing, debates, and guided discussions to build fluency and confidence. Reading activities focus on comprehension, speed, and vocabulary development using articles, stories, and dialogues suitable for the student’s level.
