About Rhiannon
I’m an experienced administrator, trainer and transformation professional with more than 25 years’ experience across healthcare, charities and public services. I’ve worked with people at every level, from complete beginners to senior managers, and I genuinely enjoy helping others feel more confident with technology.
Over the years, I’ve delivered workplace training, supported teams through major digital change and designed practical systems, spreadsheets and guidance to make everyday tasks easier. I’m particularly passionate about helping adults who may feel nervous about computers, returning to work, changing careers or simply wanting to improve their Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
My approach is patient, friendly and practical — no jargon, no judgement, and no expectation that you should already know the answer. We start from where you are and build confidence from there.

My lessons are friendly, practical and completely jargon-free. I tailor each session to what you actually need to do, whether that is getting comfortable with Excel, improving Microsoft Office skills, preparing for a new job or simply building confidence with computers.
I have many years’ experience supporting adults in the workplace and designing and delivering training, including a nationwide digital skills programme for a large healthcare organisation. I am patient, encouraging and happy to start from the very beginning.
Lessons are usually 60 minutes and are suitable for adult beginners, returners to work, career changers and anyone who wants to feel more confident using technology. We can work at your pace and focus on real-life tasks that are useful to you.
