About Danii
I have worked in online support for 3 years and have been helping customers for 10 years. I have previously worked in I.T helping people solve their computer problems, or teaching them to use new computer programs. The majority of my time spent in I.T was helping senior citizens gain confidence using the internet and navigating their computers. I am friendly, patient and I understand that new technology can be overwhelming for many people, but I am here to make it easier for you.

My lessons are geared towards senior citizens who would like to gain confidence using Facebook, Twitter and the internet. Whether you feel anxious when on the computer, or would like to keep up with technology, or just keep in contact with loved ones, I'm happy to help you reach your goals.
Absolute beginners welcome (and encouraged!).
All lessons are via webcam using Skype.
