About Christo
Hi, I am a young and energetic personal trainer with a strong background in sports including basketball, swimming and athletics at district level. I focus on helping students and beginners improve their fitness, strength and overall health in a simple and enjoyable way.
My training includes basic workouts, aerobics, flexibility exercises, gymnastics-style movements and muscle strengthening techniques suitable for different age groups. I design sessions that are easy to follow, safe and effective, even for beginners.
I believe fitness should be fun and consistent, so I keep my sessions interactive, motivating and goal-oriented. Whether your aim is to stay active, build strength or improve sports performance, I will guide you step by step with the right approach

My training sessions are designed for beginners and students who want to improve their overall fitness, strength and health in a safe and effective way. Each class includes a mix of workouts such as aerobics, basic strength training, flexibility exercises and simple gymnastics movements to build a balanced fitness level.
With my background in sports including swimming, basketball, athletics and badminton, I also include sports-based training to improve stamina, coordination, agility and performance. This helps make sessions more active, engaging and practical.
Sessions are energetic, interactive and adjusted to each individual’s level, ensuring proper technique and steady progress. My goal is to make fitness enjoyable, consistent and suitable for everyday life while building confidence and discipline.
