About Scarlett
I am a USA-based female singing tutor with 6 years of online live teaching experience working with beginner students, K-12 learners, high school musicians, and college first-year students. I earned my Bachelor of Music Education degree with training in vocal coaching, choir instruction, and beginner-friendly music teaching methods. I enjoy helping students build confidence and improve their singing abilities through patient guidance, positive communication, and supportive one-to-one live lessons. My teaching philosophy focuses on making students feel comfortable, understood, and motivated during every class!
I received the “Golden Voice Harmony Ribbon” and the “Radiant Melody Mentor Medal” for my supportive teaching style and interactive vocal learning programs for young musicians. I specialize in Choir Singing, Voice Coaching, Opera Voice Foundations, Rap-Slam Expression, and Music Reading for beginner and intermediate students. I enjoy simplifying difficult concepts so students can understand music more easily while still improving their technical performance skills. My lessons focus on encouragement, creativity, and building student confidence step-by-step!
Outside teaching, I enjoy beach photography trips, journaling in local cafés, visiting farmers markets across the USA, practicing yoga, and collecting vintage concert posters. These hobbies help me stay creative and positive, and they inspire the friendly atmosphere I bring into every lesson. I always work to create online classes where students feel supported, relaxed, and excited to learn music comfortably!

My online one-to-one live singing lessons are designed for K-12 students, high school learners, college first-year students, and all age groups who want a supportive and easy-to-understand learning experience. I focus on helping students feel comfortable while improving vocal confidence, music reading skills, rhythm timing, breathing techniques, and overall stage performance. I understand that many students feel nervous while singing, especially beginners, so I create a calm and positive learning environment where students can learn step-by-step without pressure. I always encourage students to share their lesson topics, choir material, practice songs, school assignments, or performance goals before class so I can prepare personalized lessons according to their comfort level and learning needs!
I teach Choir Singing, Pop Singing, Opera Voice, Rap-Slam Performance, Music Reading, Vocal Warm-Ups, Ear Training, Harmony Building, Performance Confidence, and Beginner Song Interpretation. My lessons are interactive because I believe students learn faster when they can ask questions freely and understand concepts clearly. I explain complex vocal techniques in simple ways using examples, guided exercises, and practice routines that match the student’s level. Some students enjoy creative singing activities while others prefer structured practice sessions, so I adapt lessons according to individual learning styles and personality types!
During classes, I focus on making students feel encouraged and motivated while helping them improve gradually. I provide easy vocal exercises, breathing practice, rhythm drills, and confidence-building activities that support steady improvement. I also help students prepare for school choir performances, talent shows, beginner competitions, musical theater auditions, and introductory college music activities. My teaching style combines patience, positivity, and clear communication so students can enjoy learning while building real vocal progress!
I believe every student deserves a friendly teacher who listens carefully and explains music in an understandable way. My goal is to help students become more confident singers while enjoying the creative process of learning music. I create lessons that are organized, interactive, and comfortable so students never feel overwhelmed. I enjoy seeing students improve step-by-step and become proud of their musical growth through supportive online learning experiences!
