About Aruna
I am Anu, an MBA professional, a strong and independent single mother, and someone who has always been a natural healer and guide for people around me. Over the years, friends, colleagues, and even their friends have approached me for emotional support, clarity, and life guidance, because I listen deeply and give practical solutions with empathy. My professional background has strengthened my communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, while my personal life journey has made me emotionally mature and spiritually grounded. I also have knowledge of self-healing remedies, including MyFlower healing techniques, emotional cleansing practices, and simple spiritual methods that help in releasing negativity and restoring inner peace. I believe healing is not only about motivation, but also about understanding the root cause of pain and transforming it into strength. Through my coaching sessions, I help people rebuild confidence, improve mindset, overcome emotional stress, and move forward with clarity, peace, and self-worth. My mission is to support individuals—especially women and single mothers—to feel empowered, emotionally balanced, and strong in their personal and professional life.

I use a practical and emotional healing based coaching method, where I focus on understanding a person’s real-life situation, mindset, stress patterns, and emotional blocks. My sessions are interactive and supportive, based on deep listening, confidence building, mindset reframing, and step-by-step guidance. A usual session includes understanding the client’s current challenges, identifying the root cause, giving clarity and solutions, and then creating a simple action plan with goals to follow. My special feature as a coach is that I create a comfortable, non-judgmental space where people can openly share their feelings and get genuine guidance, motivation, and emotional support. My coaching is mainly intended for adults, working professionals, women, and especially single mothers who feel emotionally drained, stuck in life, or want to rebuild confidence, self-worth, and direction.
