About Emily
My teaching experience lies mainly in teaching English; my greatest teaching experience was teaching English to Thai secondary school children for 12 months, but classes of 40-50 are not quite effective as one-on-ones! I gained a lot from this experience as regards teaching and teaching styles, and understanding people and the way they are most likely to grasp it -- vital when you and your students don't even speak the same language.
Even though I have had a couple of flute students before, beginning my 3rd Year studying Music at City, University of London, it is time for me to up my teaching game and teach the practical playing of the flute more consistently and thoroughly from the very beginning of a student's learning.
